Radiohead – Jigsaw Falling Into Place

How many of you have ever wondered how could it be looking  the world from a celebrity’s point of view? This video does not show this, but it gets close to. A little bit dated, it shows a Radiohead’s exhibition, like in the most intimate “live from the basement”, but because of it has been made with a helmet-cam that frames the face of whom is wearing it, the result doesn’t seem similar at all. And it’s pretty fascinating.
The musicians’ movements and expressions are beautiful to be observed in every concert and these make we know deeply artists’ personalities. Here we catch lots of differences from all the band’s people. It’s fantastic to see how Selway and Greenwood “Senior”, who are the engine room, are sulked and intensely focused on the rhythmical base, whereas O’Brien and Greenwood “junior” seem to be more ventured, showing some strange gesture. Tom Yorke shows all of his eccentricity looking straight into the camera and doing all his typical head’s movements while he’s singing. These are transferred to the camera, almost as if he could rule space and perspective, making them his simple habits.
