Hey You!

Wanna see a cool zombieboy?

Queens of the Stone AgeР’В have posted an animated video for their new track, “I Appear Missing.” The song is set to appear onР’В Like ClockworkР’В which is due outР’В June 25, 2013. The (potentially disturbing) video was designed by artist Boneface (who also worked the “…Like Clockwork” album cover)Р’В and brought to life by animator Liam Brazier. The story is pretty short: we see an almost dead man wrapped like a mummy flying aroundР’В untilР’В he hits the ground. A reallyР’В creepyР’В and kinda splatter scene.Р’В Р’В Though the video is only three minutes, the album version of “I Appear Missing” will be six minutes long.

The low-slung jam, I Appear Missing, debuted online on 6 May. It is the second track to emerge from the desert rockers’ sixth record, … Like Clockwork. The first album from theР’В Josh Homme-fronted outfit since 2007′s Era Vulgaris seesР’В Dave GrohlР’В return to the drum stool. Grohl previously drummed with Homme on his band’s commercial peakР’В Songs for the Deaf, and the pair collaborated with John Paul Jones inР’В Them Crooked Vultures.

… Like Clockwork is already shaping up to be one of the most hotly anticipated records of the year. Confirmed guests include returnee Nick Oliveri, Trent Reznor and, in his second US rock cameo of the year after his guest spot with Fall Out Boy, Elton John.
