Mauro Remiddi is an Italian composer/song writer/musician, best known as Porcelain Raft. He’s currently based in New York City, where he works and lives. He is a lover of vintage style, as we can see from this video, where old films are mixed together with colors and new footage. The final product resembles the works of the famous filmmaker Georges Méliès and his hand-colored films.
The technique of multiple exposure melts Mauro in this ancient world made of colors ad dancing girls, but it seems that his only thought is putting objects in front of his face. Mad, adorable guy.
There are also other video for this song, and this one is pretty amazing: it is made by Sebastien Dehesdin and Jack Allett from The Line of Best Fit in a single long take, with a minimum depth of field (if you like long takes, take a look at this).
