Here the new production for The Vaccines, this UK based post-punk band who decided to publish a new EP to promote their North American tour.
 
The video is tasting old, like from 70′s, thanks to the photography and the framing, as well (and more) for the split screen. Like in a multiplayer video game there are more than one actor and they’re interacting together, giving the singer some advices about a crazy relationship, which seems to not being going really well. At all. I found interesting the fact that the stories aren’t perfectly synchronised and it takes a while to push the viewer to see more and more the clip, for catching new details: I think it’s a good idea to avoid the spectator to get bored.
 
Nevertheless, we have here a quite famous director, pretty good actually. His name isВ Karan KandhariВ (take a look on his Vimeo’s page), winner at theВ Portobello Film Festival (2005) withВ Bye Bye Miss Goodnight, a 78 min movie directed in Bombay.
