Hey guy, this is he second time we meet Mr. Wax Tailor on Wanna Play Daily and, like as few months ago happened, you can guess there will be very good stuff in here now.

So, the artist came up with his new album in the last year, album which has a very poetical headline: Dusty Rainbow from The Dust as well as a very nice artwork, you can have a look at this in here.

But let’s talk about the video, there are really interesting things to be said about. The story talks about a woollen octopus (easter egg here) with sort of supernatural powers: everything it touches becomes as blue as it is and, thanks to a pretty charm stop motion, everything comes to life, especially unused things like rubbish, because there is where the octopus comes from: a black garbage plastic bag. Unfortunately the video doesn’t ends up in a such glad way at all: because of a bad kind of flowing the poor octopus gets hurt and the magic atmosphere disappears, everything it touches becomes grey.
During the end of the song we can see also catch some time lapses, and this means that they where shooting all night long.

So let’s congratulate with the directors, who are actually two, Darcy Prendergast and Seamus Spilsbury and with all the animators (you can find their names in the YouTube information panel).

Nothing particularly difficult in terms of visual effects, but really well-finished work, so, if you like stop motion clips as well as maritime animals, I guess you can not miss this!
