Cool video from the last year by The Killers, released as their sixth christmas single on the 1st of December 2011.

Have you ever seen a western film? So, if you have, you’re certainly thinking about the Dollars Trilogy by Sergio Leone. The concept which stay under this video is to recreate a look pretty similar to those films, with saturated colors and lots of guns!

Robert Shoper, also called Roboshobo, and the other people did an excellent work! In terms of lights, typography, presentations, stage costumes and beard as well.

During the video we can see three gun men attempting to rob the people of  a nineteenth-century Las Vegas and in the moment in which they should start shooting, two droids appear and save the village! They were there for a vacation, but they  didn’t withdraw seeing the situation: pretty similar to some of the robots of Star Wars (so not only Sergio Leone, but George Lucas’ citation as well), they are immune from bullets and this scared all the gun man, who did run away!  Cool example of deep remix!

In the end the droids take part to a party whit the people of the town and, on the music of a cowboy version of “The Killers”, they all dance together. You’ve never said… the slim droid does the robot dance!
