Steve Aoki’s debut single featuring the mysterious Zuper Blahq (a.k.a WILL.I.AM) directed by UK director Jam Sutton. He used comic’s style to work out a set in which the characters (filming) move.
It’s mostly in black and white, the background is made by geometric shape, clear and simple, most circles and spirals.
It’s a continuous optical, hypnotic, psychedelic effect.
Colors are also used in order to create optical-psychedelic effects, they follow the character and the background movements.
It’s often used reflected images, looking for an hypnotic effect. Even the lettering is in comic style, both black and white and colors.
For the creation were used After Effects and Premiere.
