So we already told you, we like Kid Cudi and paper stuff right?

Yes we did. In Snoop Dogg’s video “That Tree” you will see the two MCs rapping their verses in front of cypresses made of cardboard and in one scene, Cudi is shown holding a chain saw. In addition there are also some dialogues in 3d animation between those two who make the video look even funnier.

“It’s kind of hard to explain,” Snoop himself previously told MTV about the concept. “It’s like ‘Romper Room.’ It’s kiddish. It’s really fun. Me and him like to have fun, so we wanted the video to depict that. It’s not a real serious video. There’s no champagne room. There’s no money being thrown or a bunch of girls. It’s just me and him having a good time.”

Here, you can also see the behind the scenes.

You should check also the director’s site if you want to find more about him or other videos he made for Snoop and the re-released album “Malice in Wonderland – More Malice” short movie inspired (and if you’re wondering there are stars such as  Jamie Foxx, Xzibit, Denyce Lawton, and DJ Quik among others).
