Pomp&Clout made it so colourful that my eyes are burning after the third time I watch it fullscreen, it’s acid, it’s incredibly trashy and that’s why I love it so much.

Music isn’t serious stuff, videomaking isn’t serious stuff. Yes, majors and mainstream artists earn a lot of money from this market, but that doesn’t make music something important and meaningful. That’s why music and videomaking – and arts in general – are so interesting and fun.

People can take a laptop or a camera and start breaking the rules of the game, creating something new, never seen or heard before. It’s not that easy, of course, you need esperience, knowledge and bla, bla, bla, but that doesn’t mean that people can’t have fun while making art.

I think that’s the spirit of this video and this song, doing art just for the fun of it.
