Just for the fact that the director is, first of all, a motion designer, it may presume that we’re going to see good stuff.
Glad to say that we’re not disappointed.

Just name one of the 2012′s trends and you can find it in this video, from deers (it could actually be a Jaegermeister ad) to infographics, from triangles to vintage filters, ending to a nice dubstep base.
The mirror of our times basically.

You can overall appreciate the balance in the use of motion tracking, color filtering and atmospheric infographics: it is like we’re seeing a new age documentary.

From a recent interview, the good Kim, disclosed his tricks on the shooting of this video: “Everything is filmed on a Canon 7D with a Canon 400mm along with a Canon 50mm using a light tripod for being able to dodge running deer. The edit is done in Adobe Premiere, and all scenes are composited and tracked in Adobe After Effects with it’s included 2D tracker and some manual tracking. The logo in the end is made in Cinema 4D.”

Enough?
