If you’re not into nevrotic, schizofrenic, mean hardcore, I suggest to mute the video.

This is not a regular video, we don’t have animation, stop-motion or whatever we usually review.
This video is about time, rhythm, anxiety, perfect editing, perfect choice of colour.

Practically the director did an amazing job shooting this video where a small boy spends nearly three minutes running for his life at the wrong end of a flying bolt.

Horror and thrills prevails, between the difficulty of sending the message through frenetic cuts and changing of scenes, in order to follow the blasting tempo, and trying to fill in the video the cover art of the album, which just came out, made by the singer himself, Jacob Bannon (check out here his amazing art works)

“The most difficult thing in this video was the ispiration of the album cover art. It really took a while for the album cover to be brought back on some scene illumination, colour images and some complex aesthetic. I took about two weeks to record and almost other to weeks in editing; after that i send it to Converge, and they loved it. I’ve only good things to say about Converge cordiality and professionality.”

It’s just what we expected from a death-noise-black-crazy-satan-ludifer-hard-core group, didn’t we?

P.s.: this masterpiece was shot by the 22 y.o. director Max Moore who used a Canon 60D DSLR
