Do you remember meals cooked by your mother after Christmas, those prepared with all the left-overs of the day before? Do you remember the feeling of continuous ecstasy that they produce? Well, similarly, this video is going to satisfy your eyes with an infinite series of techniques and compositions masterfully put toghether by Michael Robinson and Stephen Wilkinson. Pixelvision, colour, b/w and light effects, captured by different instruments, from a vintage Super 8mm to the newest Canon 7D, through the old dear tube camera. You can also see an obsessive repetition of bokeh, a forced choice due to the name of Bibio’s latest release “Mind Bokeh” which contains the track “Excuses”. Bon appétit. |
